1. Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. That’s why we offer a straightforward returns process to make things right for you.

Eligibility Window:

  • You may submit a return request within 3–5 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return consideration.

Conditions for a Valid Return:

  • The product must be unused and completely unopened.
  • The item must be in its original, sealed packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • The product must not show any signs of tampering, damage caused by the customer, or misuse.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Important Notice:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes are strictly non-returnable. This policy applies to all fragrances, regardless of the reason for return. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product, please reach out to us before purchasing.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome via email or WhatsApp. Here is what to expect from our refund process:

Refund Process:

  • Step 1: Return your item(s) as per the conditions listed above.
  • Step 2: Our team will inspect the returned product within 1–2 business days of receipt.
  • Step 3: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • Step 4: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred directly via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash whichever is most convenient for you.
  • Refunds will not include any courier or shipping charges unless the error was on our part.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the matter promptly.

3. Exchange Policy

We want you to love every fragrance you receive from HR Scents. While we do not offer general exchanges based on personal preference, we are happy to facilitate a replacement in specific situations.

Exchanges Are Accepted In The Following Cases:

  • The item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product (incorrect fragrance or size).
  • The packaging arrived in a condition unfit for use.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue must be provided.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, a full refund will be offered instead.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted for opened products or for reasons based on personal fragrance preference.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

We take every precaution to ensure your order is packed securely and dispatched with care. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize and will make it right at absolutely no cost to you.

What To Do:

  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the damaged/wrong item and its packaging.
  • Our team will review your claim and respond within 1 business day.

Our Resolution:

  • We will arrange a free replacement of the correct or undamaged product.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued with no additional charges.
  • Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect orders will be covered entirely by HR Scents.

5. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or used even partially.
  • Products with broken seals, missing caps, or removed safety packaging.
  • Items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or with discount codes (unless faulty or incorrect).
  • Gift sets that have been partially opened or used.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind subject to eligibility), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, HR Scents will fully cover all return shipping charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns. HR Scents will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Free Shipping Reminder:

HR Scents offers free shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000. Returned items that bring the order value below this threshold may have the original shipping fee deducted from the refund.
